Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions define the conditions of sale for subscription services to the ClinIAMind platform, accessible at www.cliniamind.com.

ClinIAMind offers an AI-assisted scientific literature management solution for professionals and organizations.

ClinIAMind offers the following services depending on the subscription plan:

• Storage and management of scientific PDF documents
• Automatic metadata extraction and AI-assisted annotations
• Semantic search in the document database
• Report and bibliographic synthesis generation

Prices are quoted in euros excluding tax (excl. VAT). Applicable VAT will be added at the time of invoicing according to the current rate.

Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payment is due upon subscription, then on each anniversary date for renewals.

In case of payment default, access to the service may be suspended after a formal notice that remains unanswered for 15 days.

The subscription is taken out for a period of one month or one year depending on the chosen plan.

The subscription is automatically renewed at its term for an identical period, unless cancelled by the customer before the renewal date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

By accepting these terms and starting to use the service, you acknowledge that you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account or by contacting support.

ClinIAMind reserves the right to terminate a subscription in case of violation of these Terms or the Terms of Service, particularly in case of fraudulent use of the service.

In case of termination, the customer's data will remain accessible for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

ClinIAMind undertakes to provide the service with diligence and according to industry standards. This is an obligation of means.

ClinIAMind shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, or lost profits resulting from the use of the service.

ClinIAMind's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer during the last 12 months.

ClinIAMind retains all intellectual property rights over the platform, its components, source code, and documentation.

The customer retains ownership of their data and documents. They grant ClinIAMind a limited license to process this data for the purpose of providing the service.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
